ฮอนด้า แอคคอร์ด อี:เอชอีวี ใหม่ เปิดตัวในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้เป็นครั้งแรกที่ประเทศไทยเมื่อเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2566 และนับเป็นการคว้ามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยยอดเยี่ยมระดับ 5 ดาวไว้ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง 2 เจเนอเรชัน นับตั้งแต่เจเนอเรชันที่ 10 ที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยระดับ 5 ดาวเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2562 สำหรับ ฮอนด้า แอคคอร์ด รุ่นที่นำมาใช้ในการทดสอบครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ รุ่น e:HEV RS ที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย ซึ่งผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยระดับ 5 ดาว ด้วยคะแนนรวม 87.44 เต็ม 100 คะแนน โดยได้รับคะแนนในแต่ละด้าน ทั้ง 4 ด้าน จากคะแนนเต็ม 120 คะแนน ซึ่งหลักเกณฑ์การประเมินประกอบด้วย การทดสอบการชนจากด้านหน้า การชนจากด้านข้าง และการประเมินเทคโนโลยีด้านความปลอดภัย โดยได้รับคะแนนในแต่ละส่วน ดังนี้
