นายทาดาโอะมิ ซูซูกิ เข้ารับตำแหน่ง ประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท ซูซูกิ มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2566
นายทาดาโอะมิ ซูซูกิ เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 7 เมษายน 2506 ปัจจุบันอายุ 60 ปี เริ่มร่วมงานที่บริษัท ซูซูกิ มอเตอร์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (ประเทศญี่ปุ่น) ตั้งแต่ปี 2529 โดยรับผิดชอบหน้าที่งานทั้งในส่วนของตลาดภายในประเทศและตลาดต่างประเทศ สำหรับในส่วนงานการตลาดต่างประเทศ ดูแลตลาดในประเทศจีนและประเทศไต้หวัน รวมไปถึงสั่งสมประสบการณ์มากมายผ่านหลากหลายบทบาทในองค์กร เป็นระยะเวลากว่า 37 ปี ในปี 2566 นี้ นายทาดาโอะมิ ซูซูกิ ได้เข้ามาร่วมงานในประเทศไทย ในตำแหน่ง ประธานกรรมการบริหาร ของบริษัท ซูซูกิ มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด รับหน้าที่ดูแลเพื่อสร้างธุรกิจที่เติบโตและเครือข่ายการขายของผู้จำหน่ายรถยนต์ซูซูกิให้แข็งแกร่ง รวมไปถึงขยายฐานตลาดรถยนต์นั่งให้มีความหลากหลายมากขึ้นเหมาะกับไลฟ์สไตล์ของลูกค้า โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2566 เป็นต้นไป
ทั้งนี้อดีตประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท ซูซูกิ มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด นายมิโนรุ อามาโนะ ได้รับมอบหมายภารกิจตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 มกราคม 2562 ซึ่งตลอดระยะเวลา 5 ปี ที่ผ่านมาภายใต้สถานการณ์ตลาดที่ยากลำบากของประเทศไทย รวมถึงผลกระทบจากวิกฤติโควิด-19 จนถึงปัจจุบันส่งผลกระทบต่อภาพรวมของเศรษฐกิจในประเทศไทย นายมิโนรุ อามาโนะ มีส่วนร่วมและมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้จำหน่ายรวมถึงบุคลากรภายในองค์กร ด้วยกลยุทธ์ในการดูแลและเข้าถึงลูกค้าทุกท่านด้วยความจริงใจ ด้วยความมุ่งหวังสำคัญ คือการยกระดับงานบริการในทุกด้าน ทั้งก่อนและหลังการขายให้มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐานอย่างยั่งยืน อีกทั้งยังมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างยอดขายให้เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องจนถึงปัจจุบัน นับว่าเป็นการวางรากฐานที่สำคัญต่อซูซูกิประเทศไทย
ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังการหมดวาระตำแหน่งประธานกรรมการบริหารของ บริษัท ซูซูกิ มอเตอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด นายมิโนรุ อามาโนะ จะเดินทางไปประเทศอินโดนีเซีย เพื่อรับตำแหน่ง ประธาน บริษัท พีที. อินโดโมบิล มอเตอร์ จำกัด (ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย)
ซูซูกิ ยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าคนไทยและได้รับบริการก่อนและหลังการขายอันเป็นเลิศ
Mr. Tadaomi Suzuki To Assume the Position as the New Suzuki Motor (Thailand) President
Mr. Tadaomi Suzuki has been recently appointed as the new president of Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., effective as of 13 November 2023.
Mr. Tadaomi Suzuki was born on 7 April 1963 and is currently 60 years old. He joined Suzuki Motor Corporation (Japan) in 1986 at the Marketing unit, both for domestic and global markets, and was tasked to oversee the markets in China and Taiwan. He further acquired numerous experiences in various roles across the organization for the past 37 years. In 2023, Mr. Tadaomi Suzuki joined Suzuki’s Thailand branch in the position of president and would be in charge of ensuring that company’s business and operations excel, as well as creating a strong network among Suzuki dealerships, all the way to expanding the automotive market to cover the diverse lifestyles of Suzuki’s customers. His position of Suzuki President has been affect as from 13 November 2023.
On the other hand, the predecessor president, Mr. Minoru Amano was assigned as Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. President on 31 January 2019. For the past 5 years, he was able to, under an extremely difficult situation in Thailand due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic which continuously impacted the overall economic of the country, with full participation and determination progressively advances the capacities of both the dealerships and company’s employees. Through his strategies and understanding to provide outstanding and sincere services to every customer, he was able to sustainably enhance Suzuki’s before and after sales services, leading to continuous sales growth until the present. This has proven to be the most vital foundation created for Suzuki Thailand
After finishing his assignment as the President of Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., Mr. Minoru Amano is scheduled to assume the position of President of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor in Indonesia.
Suzuki is still determined to provide the best of products to meet the demands of Thai consumers, while at the same time, delivering excellent before and after sales services for all drivers.
